I'm tentatively very excited about rashida tlaib's emergency package. the details of this (universal including non-citizens; pre-paid debit cards so unbanked folks can use; distribution locations to get cards to houseless/undocumented folks and people whose cards went missing; indicates what gov agencies used for data) as well as paving the way for future spending (why it's two trillion dollar coins, not just one) seem good. more please.
